Sector 71's 2.5 Cr 3BHKs are overpriced

Sector 71 keeps coming up. Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Are 3BHK prices around 2.5 Cr justified? What's the real appreciation like for end-use, or am I overpaying?

2.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 71? Bhai, seems way too high. My budget was max 1.8-2 Cr for a first home. Are these prices even real or just builder hype? End-use ke liye itna daalna worth it hai kya, ya itna appreciation milega bhi?

Totally agree! I'm also looking in that range and 2.5 Cr feels like a massive stretch. Thought I was the only one feeling this way. Bah
