Sector 72: Is long-term investment and resale easy?

Sector 72 — I'm looking at a 2BHK here for myself, around ₹78L. As someone jo real estate mein hai, I know builder tricks, but buying for myself is different. I'm thinking long-term investment. Kya is area mein future appreciation potential sahi hai, especially with Jewar Airport and infra push? Aur agar kal ko bechna pade, resale market kaisi hai? Will it be easy to exit, ya stuck ho jayenge? Any real experiences with selling here?
