Sector 72 safety is a big question mark after dark, especially for families. I currently own a 2BHK in Sector 78 and am seriously considering a 3BHK upgrade or even a villa in Sector 72. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr. Honestly, late-night security aur patrolling kaafi kam lagti hai. For families, and particularly for women, this is a major concern. Is the premium price for properties here truly justified given these observations? What are the actual experiences of long-term residents? Does the police presence improve, ya phir ye concerns valid hain? I'm not sure if the price jump is worth it without genuine peace of mind. Change my mind.
