RWA is charging an arm and a leg. 8k for a 2BHK? Seriously? Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. Thinking of moving to a smaller flat, but these maintenance charges are insane. Is it the same for everyone else in Sector 73? Koi solution hai kya?
