Sector 74 Noida: Investment sahi rahega kya?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Sector 74, Noida. Kya scene hai wahan ka? Heard it's developing fast. What about the water supply situation, especially during summers? And how reliable is the electricity? I can't visit for site inspection, so need real opinions. Also, resale value kaisi hai? Should I buy now or wait? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
