Sector 74 Noida: Overrated or Actually Worth It?

Guys, Sector 74 mein property prices are insane, right? I'm fed up of renting, 10 saal rent waste kiya. Finally taking the plunge. But are the prices justified, yaar? Has anyone experienced waterlogging during monsoon? Heard the drainage is terrible. Also, what about the stray dogs? Civic cleanliness kaisi hai? Change my mind, tell me why it's worth it.
