Is anyone else facing crazy water problems in Sector 74A? We shifted to a new 3BHK thinking things would be better, but the municipal water supply is completely unreliable. My wife's always complaining. Builder says it's a government issue. Honestly not sure if investing here was a mistake. They promised 24x7 water! Now we're dependent on expensive tankers. Anyone else dealing with this, or have any solutions? It's impacting the kids' school time also. Kya karein?

So, what's the latest update on the water situation? Anyone seen any improvement?
Honestly, with the rising property rates in Noida, dealing with water issues feels like a bad joke. I'm thinking of selling and moving elsewhere.
Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida. Do your due diligence before investing any further.
Possession status kya hai? If it's delayed, you have grounds to file a RERA complaint. Don't let them take you for a ride.
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake last time. They promised a swimming pool and clubhouse, which are still not ready after 5 years.
Investing in Noida real estate is always a gamble. High potential, but also high risk. Hope the water situation improves for you soon.
Tanker mafia is thriving in 74A. They know the water supply is unreliable and they are exploiting the situation.
Kya rate chal raha hai 74A mein aajkal? I'm thinking of selling my property.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. 74A should be around the same, maybe slightly less depending on the project.
I bought in this area 3 years ago hoping for better connectivity once the metro line is complete. Abhi toh metro bhi nahi bana aur water problem bhi hai. Feeling cheated.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is why I'm scared of investing in new projects. Resale is always a safer option.
Which floor are you on? Higher floors often face more water pressure issues. Might be worth checking with your neighbors on lower floors.
I heard they are laying new pipelines in the area. Hopefully, that will solve the problem. But knowing Noida, it will take forever.
New pipelines? Source batao bhai. I haven't heard anything about that.
I read it in a local newspaper. Can't remember which one, but I'll try to find the article.
We faced similar issues in Sector 78. Installed a large water storage tank and it helped a lot. Might be worth considering?
Don't rely on municipal water. Always have a backup plan. We have a water softener and a UV filter installed. It's expensive, but worth it for the peace of mind.
Which project are you in? I'm in Supertech Cape Town and thankfully, the water situation isn't too bad here. Maybe it's a specific society issue?
Supertech Cape Town is relatively better managed. Other projects ka haal toh kharab hai. Possession mila kya aapko on time?
74A has been facing this issue for years. Before buying, did you check the reviews and feedback online? Always do your research before investing!
Haan, I did check but the reviews were mixed. Some said it was fine, others said there were issues. Guess I took the risk and lost.
Online reviews can be misleading. Best is to talk to residents directly. I learnt it the hard way.
Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. I know people who are still waiting for possession in their other projects. Check RERA registration number and file a complaint if they promised 24x7 water.
RERA complaint karne se kuch hota bhi hai kya? I've heard it's a long and tedious process.
It's a long process, but it puts pressure on the builder. At least they'll know you're serious.

Totally agree yaar! We're facing the same issue in our society. Builder toh bolta hai 'ho jayega, ho jayega' but nothing happens. It's been six months now.
Six months? Bhai, I've been here for two years and the situation is still the same. We are thinking of installing a borewell.
Borewell is a good idea, but check with the society first. Some societies have restrictions.
Borewell is temporary solution. Ground water is depleting fast. Think long term.
