Sector 74—everyone talks connectivity, but what about water?

Okay I'll say it: Sector 74's connectivity is overhyped. Metro is there, but last mile is still a pain. I'm more worried about water supply tbh. Heard mixed things – some say tanker dependency is high. Plus, what about power cuts? Anyone facing frequent outages? Batao yaar, is it worth the headache? Change my mind.
