Sector 75 Noida: Overhyped or actually worth the premium?

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 50, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Sector 75. Everyone glorifies the metro connectivity, but nobody talks about the waterlogging during monsoon! Is the price jump worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a factor. Change my mind. Disagree? Tell me why.
