Sector 75 or wait for Jewar Airport effect?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm confused between buying now or waiting. Need at least a 3BHK. Kids' school admission is my wife's priority. Sector 75 seems decent, Regal Emporia Infratech Pvt Ltd has some projects there. But everyone says Jewar Airport will boost prices. Should I buy now in Sector 75 for stability, or wait and hope for better ROI near Yamuna Expressway? Safe for the children is paramount. What does the community think? Jaldi batao yaar!
