Sector 75/89 visit: Is upgrading now worth it?
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 75 and 89. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 35, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Puri Constructions ya Omaxe ke projects dekhe. Prices toh kaafi high lag rahe hain, especially with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway hype. Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a stretch. Is this the right time to buy in Faridabad? Yaar, is the current premium justified, or should I wait for some correction? What's the scene with prices?

Bhai, you're not alone! Puri aur Omaxe ke rates sunke toh mera bhi BP high ho gaya tha. Lagta hai sab Delhi-Mumbai Expressway ka hi kamaal hai. Par sach mein, itna premium justify nahi hota. Kya karein yaar, wait karein ya le lein?
Totally agree! I visited a couple of sites last month, same feeling. The agents keep pushing ki 'abhi nahi loge toh regret karoge', but it's a huge investment. Woh
