Okay I'll say what no one says – everyone talks about Sector 75's connectivity, but nobody discusses how difficult selling a flat there might actually be. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK in Sector 75, but yaar... is the resale market for a 3BHK there really that strong? Log kehte hain demand high hai, especially for families, but I'm worried about getting a good premium later. Also, the maintenance charges seem quite high, and is the RWA actually effective? Does the overall safety and community vibe justify paying a higher premium for a 3BHK in this area? I already have a home loan, so this upgrade needs solid resale potential. Change my mind if I'm wrong.
