Sector 76: Finally done with renting, need opinions!

Fed up of renting near Sector 76, landlord raised rent *again*. Finally taking the plunge. I'm seeing mixed reviews online. Is the metro connectivity actually good, or a total sardine can situation during peak hours? Also, those maintenance charges seem high. Are the RWAs even effective, or just another expense? Honestly not sure if it's worth the EMI vs rent math. Any Sector 76 residents wanna chime in?
