Sector 76 Noida: Good for families? Investment?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of buying a property in Sector 76, Noida. What do you think about it for families? I have two young kids, so schools and parks are important. Kya yahan aas pass achhe schools hain? Also, how's the connectivity? Metro station door hai kya? I'm also looking at it from an investment point of view. Do you think property prices will appreciate in Sector 76? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during the monsoon? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether to invest here or look elsewhere in Noida. What's your take? Which one is better, Sector 76 or nearby areas? Thanks!
