Sector 76 to Renowned Park Lotus: Worth it?

₹40 lakh for a 3BHK at Renowned Park Lotus. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 76, thinking upgrade. Is daily living genuinely good? What's the community vibe and project delivery like? Not sure if the price jump is justified.

40 lakh for Renowned Park Lotus? Bhai, 2016 ka project hai, possession toh mil chuka hoga. Par kya quality maintain ki hai builder ne? Sector 76 se shift karna worth it hai kya? Mujhe toh price thoda high lag raha hai for an old project.

Haan, quality issue toh hai. Mere ek colleague ne Alistonia Estate mein liya tha, same builder ka. Sirf 2 saal mein plumbing ki issues start ho gayi thi. Renowned Park Lotus
