Sector 76 water supply is honestly a nightmare!

I'm seriously regretting moving to Sector 76. The builder promised 24x7 water, but the reality is tankers every other day. Honestly not sure what to do. My parents keep saying I should complain, but to whom? Is everyone facing the same issue? Maintenance charges are already so high, and now this. Ab samajh nahi aa raha. Anyone else dealing with this water supply mess? What did you guys do about it? Should I just move?
