Sector 78 Noida: Maintenance charges are killing me!

₹3.5 per sqft maintenance in Sector 78, seriously? Kids have moved out, so I'm downsizing from a big house, right? Don't need such a big place anymore, bhai. Everyone said Sector 78 is good, but these charges are insane. It's more than my EMI used to be! RWA claims it's for everything, but I don't see where the money is going. The garden is dry, lights are always out. Resale of my existing property funds are stuck. Should I have bought elsewhere? Anyone else facing this? Is this normal or am I being ripped off? Thinking of complaining. Not sure if it'll help. What did you do? Honestly not sure what to do.
