Sector 78 Noida: Safe for families? Honest reviews?

I'm so fed up of renting! After 10 years of rent wasted, finally taking the plunge to buy in Noida. Thinking Sector 78. Is it really safe there, especially at night? Heard mixed reviews. How's the water supply situation? I've also read about stray dog issues in some sectors. What's the ground reality in Sector 78? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
