Sector 79 mess - Amrapali Dream Valley haunts me!

Sector 79 mein Amrapali Dream Valley phase 2 liya tha 2014 mein. Possession ka toh koi chance hi nahi dikh raha. It's been almost 10 years! Paisa bhi dooba. RERA mein case file kiya, but kuch faida nahi. Anyone else stuck here? What are you guys doing? Koi resale value bhi nahi hai. Is it worth fighting this anymore or just cutting my losses? Feeling totally helpless, honestly.
