Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 79, Noida. Kya scene hai wahan ka? Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro se? Heard it's still developing. Is it worth investing now for good ROI later? Or are there better sectors nearby? And what about waterlogging during rains? Has anyone experienced that? Mujhe advice chahiye! Which builder projects are good there?
