Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 79, Noida. What do you think about its investment potential, especially considering the current property prices? Kya price appreciation ke chances hain yahan? Also, how's the connectivity? I heard the metro is a bit far. Is it a big problem for daily commute? Has anyone experienced any connectivity issues? Which is better for investment, a ready-to-move apartment or an under-construction one? What's your take on the future development plans in this sector?
