Yaar, exactly my thoughts! I've been eyeing Sector 80 properties too, but the prices feel like they've already factored in all the future development. Totally agree with you! My agent said prices are up 15% just this quarter in some pockets. It's insane. How can a first-timer afford this without feeling completely stretched?
