Hi everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 81, Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai wahan ka scene? I'm mainly looking at property prices and the potential ROI. What's your take on the price appreciation in the last few years? Is it worth investing now, or should I wait? Also, what about the rental yields in Sector 81? Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging or electricity supply there? Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro stations se? Mujhe advice chahiye. One more thing - check the amenities completion before booking. I made that mistake.
Totally agree yaar. Amenities are often promised but not delivered.
Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and stamp duty. That can add a significant amount to the overall cost.

Personally, I prefer ready-to-move. At least you know what you're getting. Under construction mein builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.

Bhai, Sector 81 is developing fast. Metro connectivity is good. But waterlogging is a concern in some pockets during monsoon. Check that before investing.
