Sector 83 builder delay is killing our family plans

Sector 83 — ACE Group ne toh hadd kar di hai. 2024 end ka possession bola tha jab book kiya tha 2021 mein, ab bol rahe hain 2025 mid. My kids' school admission is next year, aur hum abhi bhi rent pe hain. It's so frustrating yaar. Metro extension ka promise hai, Jewar Airport ki baat ho rahi hai, but hamara 3BHK flat hi ready nahi. Kya matlab hai iska? Builder ka track record pehle toh theek laga tha. My wife is super worried about the delay and moving with two small children. Has anyone else faced such a massive delay with ACE Group in this area? Kya options hain, should I push for compensation?
