Yeah, Godrej is a good option. ATS is also decent but thoda construction delay ka issue rehta hai.

The nearest metro station is Sector 83, which is about 3-4 km away from most parts of Sector 84.

Rates are decent right now, around 6-8k per sq ft depending on the project. Connectivity is okayish, but the metro is a bit far. Future appreciation looks good though.
I agree with U2. Metro is not walking distance. You'll need a vehicle or auto. But Sector 84 is developing fast.
Investment wise, it's a good bet for long term. Short term mein maybe not so much.
