Sector 85 maintenance charges are a shocker

What's the real story with maintenance charges in Sector 85 projects? I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting, but builders are quoting insane monthly amounts. Ek toh EMI ka tension, upar se yeh hidden costs. OC milne ke baad bhi itne charges, is it normal? My budget was sorted, but this is a major red flag for resale value later. Mujhe lagta hai yeh log brochure mein kuch aur dikhate hain. Koi batao, RWA effective hai kya? Did anyone else face this after moving into their 3BHK in Sector 85? What did you do about it?
