Sector 85: My ground reality check after moving in

Honestly, Sector 85 is way more isolated than I thought, even with the Dwarka Expressway completion. Just moved in last month and the daily commute, especially towards Cyber City, is still a hassle. Everyone glorifies the 'future potential' but nobody talks about the current grind. Maintenance charges are also hitting hard for amenities that aren't fully there yet. Is it just me, or does the RWA here not really deliver value for money? Should I expect things to improve drastically in the next 6 months? Change my mind.
