Sector 86 Noida: Hidden cost nobody tells you!

Sector 86 mein flat lene se pehle, check the parking situation thoroughly. It's a mess! Builders promise covered parking, but bahut jagah it's open or double parking. Daily fight hoti hai for space, especially if you have two cars. I'm fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge, but this parking thing is making me rethink. Also, maintenance charges can be surprisingly high. RWA kaafi active hai, but are they really worth the extra cost? Anyone else facing similar issues?
