After 7 years renting, I'm finally buying. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Sector 88 Gurgaon mein projects dekhe, prices bahut high lag rahe. Long-term investment ke liye worth it hai ya overpriced? Kya appreciation milega 3-5 saal mein?

Totally agree with you! Sector 88 is way too expensive. Builders are just cashing in on the Dwarka Expressway hype. I'm looking near Badshahpur, prices are more realistic there for first-time buyers like us.
U2, Badshahpur mein bhi ab prices badh rahe hain, especially for good projects. Maine do saal pehle dekha tha, ab double ho gaye hain. So, not *that* cheap anymore, but still better than Sector 88.
U3, Badshahpur se connectivity improve ho rahi hai. Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) se link ban raha hai, which helps. Plus, future infrastructure plans are there, so it won't stay isolated for long.
Haan yaar, Badshahpur kaafi better option hai. But connectivity ka kya? Dwarka Expressway se utna close nahi hai na?
