Sector 88A ke rates: Kya sach mein worth it hain?
Sector 88A ke prices are completely out of whack for what it offers right now. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge for a 2BHK. But I'm looking at 88A, aur bhai, jo rates hain... are they really justified? Lagta hai bas Dwarka Expressway ke paas hai bolke inflate kar rahe hain. Is there actually any negotiation room in these projects, ya builders are just firm? Everyone glorifies the 'future potential' of this area, but nobody talks about the current reality. 3-5 saal mein kitna appreciation expect karein? And what about the daily commute? Traffic ka kya scene hai peak hours mein? I don't want to buy something jahaan 5 saal baad bhi construction hi chalta rahe aur traffic mein hi phase rahe. Is the ROI actually good here for end-users, ya bas investors ke liye hai? Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't wrap my head around it. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, OP! Sector 88A feels like a hype bubble. I also checked prices there for a 2BHK, aur jo quotes de rahe hain, it's insane. Mera budget 70-80L ka hai, but wahan toh 1.2 Cr se neeche kuch mil hi nahi raha. Kya karein, itna upar kaise jayega?
