Did a site visit to a couple of projects in Sector 88A last weekend, aur honestly, builders ka hidden charges ka drama ab bhi chal raha hai. M3M ka ek project dekha, possession ke baad maintenance charges ka estimate brochure se bilkul alag. Matlab, it's like a calculated risk, but yeh toh outright misleading hai. From my experience, yeh builders hamesha kuch na kuch chhupa dete hain. Last time bhi Godrej ke saath hua tha. What's the point of checking ROI if base costs change drastically? Anyone else faced this in Mohali? How did you deal with these unexpected post-possession costs and RWA issues?

Yaar, ye toh standard practice ho gaya hai ab. Har builder ka yahi haal hai. You can't expect them to be fully honest with all costs upfront. It's part of buying property in India, unfortunately.
Totally agree with U7. Happened with me in Basai. RWA ne itna overcharge kiya ki pucho mat. Bijli ka bill, water charges, security — sab double kar diya after possession. Legal notice bheja, but kuch hua nahi. End mein we just had to pay.

Transparency toh naam ki hai bas. Did you check their RERA documents properly for these charges? Sometimes they sneak it in small print.
U2, it was M3M Soulitude. Brochure mein kuch aur likha tha, abhi jab detail mein pucha toh figures double ho gaye lagte hain. Bahut frustrating hai.
