Sector 89A: Is daily life actually good there?

₹35k rent for a 2BHK in Gurugram, fed up of renting. Now I'm seriously looking at Sector 89A. Is daily life actually manageable there? Worried about traffic for office commute and water supply. What's the ground reality?

Yaar, I'm so torn about Sector 89A. Renting in Gurugram is killing me – ₹35k for a tiny 2BHK near Cyber Hub is insane! I've seen some decent projects in 89A but the thought of daily commute traffic to Cyber City gives me nightmares. Aur paani ka kya scene hai? Submersible pe chal raha hai ya corporation supply hai? Any ground reality checks on water pressure and availability?
