Sector 89A purchase: Ground realities vs. builder promises

My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Looking at Sector 89A, prices feel high, but I'm more worried about ground realities. How bad is waterlogging during monsoon? Is traffic near Dwarka Expressway a daily nightmare? I know what builders don't tell you about drainage.
