Sector 9: Metro acha hai, but is it enough?

Sector 9 mein metro connectivity toh mast hai, but last mile connectivity ka kya scene hai? Auto waley bahut loot'te hain. Thinking if it's worth paying extra for a closer location despite smaller flat size? Or should I just deal with the auto hassle and save some cash? What's your daily commute experience here? Batao guys!
