Sector 9 Noida: Schools are great, but waterlogging?

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge in Noida. Sector 9 seemed good initially. Good connectivity, close to offices. Plus, the schools nearby are a big draw, especially DPS. But visited during the monsoon and saw some serious waterlogging near the main market. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just a one-off, or a yearly problem? Also, how's the water supply generally? Heard some areas rely heavily on tankers. Kinda worried about maintenance costs if that's the case. Considering a resale flat, not sure if these issues are priced in already. Any Sector 9 residents willing to share their experience? Hope this helps someone avoid a surprise.
