Sector 9 waterlogging is a bigger problem than prices

I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Sector 9. Heard about waterlogging during monsoon. Sach hai kya? Drainage system kaisa hai? Also, how's the resale value there if I need to sell later? Can't visit myself, so need your honest opinion.
