Sector 9 waterlogging is worse than people admit.

Fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Sector 9 seems central, but I keep hearing about monsoon flooding. Is it *really* that bad? Also, how's the water supply generally? Borewell reliable, or tanker mafia? EMI vs rent math only works if I can actually live there. Vote!
