Honestly, I thought I knew all the tricks, but buying my own place in Gurgaon is a whole different ballgame. I'm eyeing a 3BHK in Sector 91/92, budget around ₹1.8 Cr. Dwarka Expressway ka completion buzz bahut hai, but is that appreciation real for these sectors? Ya phir it's just builder marketing? Kya lagta hai, infra projects ki timeline, jaise Dwarka Expressway ki, kitni realistic hai? Or delays are still expected? Should I wait?

Bhai, exactly same situation! Main bhi 91/92 dekh raha hoon. Builder log toh Dwarka Expressway ka naam leke rates high kar rahe hain. But sach mein, kya guarantee hai ki jab tak possession milega, tab tak expressway poora ban jayega? Mere ek friend ne Basai mein liya tha, 2 saal se delay chal raha hai. Tension ho rahi hai.
Sahi kaha bhai! Expressway ki deadline toh har saal change hoti hai. Basai waala experience toh common hai.
