Sector 92 ki waterlogging, should I reconsider?

Visited a few projects in Sector 92 last weekend, and honestly, I'm a bit concerned. Builder ne toh sab acha dikhaya, but monsoon mein waterlogging ka kya scene hai? Kuch videos dekhe, roads pe paani hi paani tha. Is it really that bad during heavy rains? Meri family ko tension ho rahi hai. Planning to buy a 2BHK, but this issue is making me rethink. Koi actual resident bata sakta hai kya, drainage system kaisa hai wahan? Yaar, this is a big investment, tension nahi chahiye.
