posted on 9 MaySector 92: My big move, but metro concerns are real
What's the real daily commute like from Sector 92 to the Aqua Line metro? I work in real estate, so I know how builders spin things, but buying for myself is totally different. I'm eyeing a 3BHK around ₹1.0 Cr there. Looked at Sector 150 initially, but the prices for the actual usable space are a stretch, and connectivity felt a bit off. Now really leaning towards 92 for a better balance. My biggest concern is the last-mile connectivity to the nearest station. Is it easy to get autos/e-rickshaws, or is it a struggle during peak hours? And how much time does that *really* add to a Delhi commute? I'm trying to figure out if it's genuinely convenient or just 'on paper' good. Any off-the-record experiences would be super helpful.

Bhai, 1 Cr for 3BHK in Sector 92? Thoda high nahi lag raha? Last-mile connectivity ka issue toh har jagah hai, but 92 se Aqua Line kitni door hai? Google Maps toh kuch aur dikhata hai, real life experience kya hai?
Haan bhai, price ka toh sahi point hai. Kya price per sqft chal raha hai wahan?
