Sector 92: Waterlogging is real, so is the ROI?

Okay I'll be honest - Sector 92's investment potential is making me think hard. The metro is a big plus, ngl. But I've heard stories about waterlogging during monsoon. Anyone living there, is it manageable, or a total nightmare? How's the resale market doing, assuming the water issue is addressed? Seen some decent deals, but not sure if it's worth the risk.
