Sector 93 Noida: Investing or Living? Opinions?

Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 93, Noida. What do you think about the area for investment? I've heard the property prices have been going up. Is it a good time to buy now, ya wait karna chahiye? Also, how's the connectivity? I need to travel to Delhi often. Metro stations nearby hain kya? And what about safety and security? Kya gated communities available hain and are they worth the extra cost? Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging during the monsoon? Mujhe advice chahiye, is it a good area for families? What's your take?
