Sector 93 Noida: Safe investment or overpriced?

Hi all! I'm thinking of investing in Sector 93, Noida. What do you think about the property prices there? Are they justified considering the connectivity? Has anyone experienced any issues with waterlogging during the monsoon? Is it a safe area for families? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
