Visited Solutrean's projects in Sector 93. Builder ka super area calculation dekh ke dimaag kharab ho gaya. My current 2BHK is 1200 sqft; their 3BHK super area 1800, but carpet area felt similar. Is this normal for new Gurgaon projects? How to maximize usable space value?

This is a very valid point! I've been researching projects in Badshahpur and Sector 92, and the super area to carpet area ratio is insane in some. Some builders are quoting 30-35% difference, which means you pay for a lot of unusable space
Yaar, totally agree! Ye super area ka chakkar toh sabse bada scam lagta hai. My friend booked in Sector 88, same story. 1500 sqft dikhaya, but andar jaake laga 1000 bhi mushkil se hoga. Bahut frustrating hai for first-time buyers like us.
Exactly! Airport Road ke paas bhi same cheez dekhi. Balcony space, wall thickness sab add kar dete hain. Kaise compare karein?
Haan bhai, same experience. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Carpet area toh bahut kam hota hai.
