Sector 93A mein rates thode zyada lag rahe hain, tbh. Is the investment potential really there? Metro connectivity is good, but what about water supply during summers? Anyone living there facing regular tanker issues? RWA maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hain. Is it worth it?
