Sector 93A residents, is the premium price justified?

Sector 93A mein flats itne expensive kyun hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa. But is the price jump really worth it? Already have a home loan running, so EMI will go crazy. Heard the maintenance charges are also super high. Anyone living there, is the RWA actually effective? And what about waterlogging during monsoon? Sahi mein posh area hai ya just show off? Share your experiences please!
