Sector 94: My first home decision, need clarity on daily life.

The metro connectivity in Sector 94 feels super convenient on paper, but I'm worried about the ground reality. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, around ₹75L-₹80L, and the daily commute from home to office is bahut important. Is the last-mile connectivity from the Sector 94 metro station actually good? Or is it auto/rickshaw ka jhagda? Also, monsoon mein waterlogging ka issue kitna serious hai? Noida Extension mein kaafi jagah suna hai paani bhar jaata hai. For a first-time buyer like me, these small things matter a lot. Should I consider Sector 78 instead, even if it's a bit further? What do actual residents say?
