Sector 94 Noida - Good investment or overrated?

Hey guys, I'm so fed up of renting! Thinking of finally buying in Sector 94, Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the investment potential there? I've been seeing some ads, but not sure if it's actually worth the hype. My budget is okayish, matlab I can stretch a bit, but ROI is important. Has anyone experienced the resale market in Sector 94? Can you actually sell easily if needed? Also, what about the traffic? Is it a complete nightmare during peak hours? I work in Delhi, so commute is a big factor. Mujhe advice chahiye! Should I take the plunge, or is it better to wait? What do you think?
