Sector 94A maintenance charges are a complete daylight robbery!

Honestly, sector 94A mein the maintenance charges are insane! Like, ₹5 per sqft? Itna toh Gurgaon mein bhi nahi hai. RWA bolti hai security ke liye hai, but I haven't seen any improvements. Kisi aur ko bhi same issue hai? Should I complain somewhere? My parents keep saying I should.
