Sector 95 Noida - Safe for families hai?

Hi guys, Sector 95 Noida mein property dekh raha hu. Wife wants something safe for kids, near a good school. Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during the monsoon? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about the safety situation at night? I'm also worried about stray dogs. Need 3BHK at least. What do you think? Any society recommendations? Which one is better? Mujhe advice chahiye...

I live in Sector 94, adjacent to 95. Security is good in my society. But stray dog problem is there. We have to be careful when the kids are playing outside.

Waterlogging toh Noida ka national problem hai. But 95 is relatively better than sectors closer to the Yamuna. Stray dogs are a concern everywhere, especially for kids.

Safety at night is generally okay, but I wouldn't recommend walking alone late at night. Normal precautions lena bhai, like anywhere else in India.

3BHK chahiye toh budget kya hai? Sector 95 mein rates are rising. Metro connectivity is also a factor now.

I agree with U1, safety is okayish, but waterlogging is a real issue during monsoon. Schools are good though. Check Amity and DPS nearby.

Sector 95? Hmm... I heard Parklane mein waterlogging kaafi hota hai. But safety wise, it's better than some other sectors. Which builder are you considering? That's important.

Builder is important, yaar. I bought in Supertech Emerald Court (though not in Sec 95) and abhi tak case chal raha hai. RERA mein complaint file karo if they delay!

Jaypee? Bhai, be careful. Their financial situation isn't the best. Check their other projects ka status first. Bahut delayed projects hain.

Sector 95 is decent. Safe toh hai bhai, but waterlogging ka scene rehta hai near the main road. Stray dogs toh har jagah hain Noida mein. Which projects are you looking at?
